Concept

Starting in Yokosuka in Kanagawa Prefecture, Route 134, one of the most well-known beach lines in Japan,
leads to Oiso where you can see Mt. Fuji from Sagami Bay.
Setting off from Zushi, classic cars drive through Kamakura, Hayama, Yokosuka, and Miura
while feeling the spring breeze of the Miura Peninsula where cherry blossoms are blooming in the mountains.

that suits your ability and aiming to achieve your next goal.

Day2

Rally
You can enjoy both driving and competitions in "Rally".
It's an open road rally where you drive through R134 and at the same time take on PC competition.

Oiso
Located in the south of Kanagawa Prefecture,
Oiso has easy access to both the sea and mountains.
The town developed as a post town during
the Edo period, then flourished as a vacation home area
for VIPs in the political and business world.
It is also the birthplace of Shonan.
Zushi
Zushi
At the Riviera Zushi Marina,
yacht owners and cruiser owners get together,
while in Zushi Beach, many people enjoy marine sports
such as windsurfing and sea kayaking.
Kamakura
Kamakura
Kamakura flourished as a political center during
the medieval Kamakura period.
Zen temples and shrines are scattered throughout
the city and it is also a popular surf spot.
Many tourists visit Kamakura now.


Hayama
Hayama
Many people flock to Morito, Isshiki, and
Chojagasaki beaches, some of the most popular beaches
in the metropolitan area, during summer.
Hayama is also famous for a vacation home area
and has an Imperial villa.
Yokosuka
Yokosuka
In this exotic town, you can experience
many modernization heritage sites,
such as the arrival of Perry and Yokosuka Ironworks,
which has Japan's first stone dry dock.
Miura
Miura
The Miura Peninsula is easily accessible from Tokyo.
There are many attractive places,
including tuna town Misaki, scenic Jogashima,
Kawazu sakura (cherry blossom) viewing spot
Miura Coast, and quiet inlet Aburatsubo.

Eligible Vehicles
  • Vehicle entries must be sports type vehicle (originally) manufactured in Europe or America from year 1919 to 1973.
  • Vehicles must be approved by the event organizer.
  • Replica vehicles are not eligible to participate.
  • Vehicles must have a valid number plate with valid car registration and valid period of inspection certificate until the conclusion of the event.
  • Vehicles manufactured in 1945 or earlier will be prioritized in some places or situations, such as where to park or the order of parking.
  • Vehicles participated in Mille Miglia will be prioritized for this event.
Rally Rule
  • Stamp Rally - Follow according to the route map for all check points to receive stamps.
  • PC Competition - Standard time running measured in 1/100 of a second.

Classified and Rally
We are going to hold two different events in Classic Japan Rally 2021 R134, "Classified" on day one and "Rally" on day two. This is our new attempt.

"Classified" on day one is a competition to give participants a ranking by class based on their ability in time trial competitions (PC) held in classic car rallies.
If you want to master PC competitions, or improve your competition skills, please take this opportunity to participate in "Classified" on day one.
(The results of "Classified" will be reflected in the award for each class in "Rally")

If you want to enjoy an open road rally where you take on PC competitions while driving on R134, please participate in "Rally" on day two.
The competition results of participants who enter only "Rally" will also be reflected in the overall results.

We recommend that you take part in the two days, however we are sure you will enjoy the event even one day.

About Classified
Classified is Classic Japan Rally's own ranking with the aim of providing an opportunity to enjoy PC competitions for a wide range of participants, from highly skilled veterans to beginners.
Giving a ranking and dividing class enable participants to know their current skill level, so no matter which level they are at, they can enjoy competitions more toward a higher rank in the class.

《 Results Calculation Method 》
Rankings are determined by an average difference calculated by subtracting the top three worst time sections of each car from the valid competition sections held in Classified.
Participants are placed in one of the three levels as below according to their ranking.

Class A … Drivers with an average time difference of Classified valid competitions of 0.00 seconds or more and no more than 0.07 seconds.
     Drivers who have finished in the top five overall in the past tournaments of Classic Japan Rally.
Class A … Drivers with an average time difference of Classified valid competitions of 0.00 seconds or more and no more than 0.07 seconds, and Drivers who have finished in the top five overall in the past tournaments of Classic Japan Rally Class B … Drivers with an average time difference of Classified valid competitions of 0.08 seconds or more and no more than 0.15 seconds.
Class C … Drivers with an average time difference of Classified valid competitions of 0.16 seconds or more and no more than 0.30 seconds.
Out of Class … Drivers with an average time difference of Classified valid competitions of 0.31 seconds or more.

Participants are kindly requested to follow the rules below.
  • Take your temperature by non-contact thermometer when checking in.
  • Wear a face mask.
  • Bring your own towel.
  • Report your health status.

  • You have a loss of taste or smell.
  • Your body feels heavy or you get tired easily.
  • You had close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19.
  • Someone in your household or someone who is close to you is suspected to have COVID-19.
  • Within the past 14 days, you have traveled to a country or a region subject to government entry restrictions or observation period after arriving in Japan, or have had close contact with a resident of said countries or regions.

If Coronavirus Continues to Spread?
Considering all the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and the situation of the state of emergency as of February 19, we have decided to hold Classic Japan Rally 2021 R134.
We will take strict measures to prevent COVID-19 infection to hold the event safely and securely.
